Scream Goods: NECA Zombie Ghostface revealed & a raving review for Scream 4

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

Just the other day I hit you all with the news that SCREAM 4 was getting ready to undergo some test screenings. I know you guys remember that because it was our first look at the full synopsis for the flick.

Well thanks to those test screenings, and Scream-Trilogy, we’ve got a look at our first SCREAM 4 review… and it’s a doozy! Keep in mind this review is coming from a SCREAM fan-site, but apparently the reviewer absolutely loved SCREAM 4! Scope out some pieces from the review:

“This outshines the 3rd one easily. Definitely the bloodiest of all of them, but I feel like they’ll edit some of it down. An unrated DVD would be nice to have though. All the acting was superb. Not one flaw. The opening scene was hilarious and brutal. Definitely a lot of great Williamson writing.”

Like I said, take this review with a grain of salt but at least there’s a chance this thing will actually be awesome now, right? To scope out the entire review be sure to head right over HERE.

But that’s not all! Today we’ve also got a look at the second ‘Ghostface’ figure heading our way via NECA. Last month we got a look at figure number one, which sported ‘Ghostface’ in his usual slashing attire and today we’ve got a look at ‘Zombie Ghostface!’ Not much a difference but it seems ‘Zombie Ghostface’s’ mask is nice and cracked. Each figure has over 14 points of articulation and soft goods robe skirt and sleeves to allow for maximum posability. Scroll on down below to check out the goods.

Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell), now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courteney Cox), who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (Emma Roberts) and her Aunt Kate (Mary McDonnell). Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.

Wes Craven’s SCREAM 4 will be here before you know it, hitting theaters on April 15th and starring Campbell, Arquette, Cox, Roberts, McDonnell, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Marielle Jaffe, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson, Alison Brie, Nico Tortorella, Erik Knudsen, Adam Brody and Roger Jackson.
