It's been a while since we've brought you guys any news on Steven C. Miller's ESCAPE PLAN sequel starring Sylvester Stallone, Dave Bautista, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, and Jaime King. But today we have the film's rating via the MPAA. Go figure, Steven C. Miller's ESCAPE PLAN 2: HADES has been rated R by the MPAA for "violence and language." 

That's all well and good, but really this news means that the film is heading our way soon. How soon? Shrugs. No one knows just yet. But expect a release date announcement… soon. Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) manages an elite team of security specialists trained in the art of breaking people out of the world's most impenetrable prisons. When his most trusted operative, Shu Ren, is kidnapped and disappears inside the most elaborate prison ever built, entirely computerized and constantly changing shape, Ray must track him down with the help of some of his former friends.

ESCAPE PLAN 2 is directed by Steven C. Miller and stars Sylvester Stallone, Dave Bautista, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, and Jaime King. There isn't a release date yet, but we'll let you know when we hear more!
