I seriously hope you guys are hungry because we just got our hands on some delicious new stills from CABIN FEVER: PATIENT ZERO that give baby back ribs a whole new meaning. For those of you looking forward to the latest installment in the CABIN FEVER series then we’ve got some good news to throw your way as the film has been set for a VOD release on June 26th!! Dig it.

Here's a synopsis:

A group of friends planned the perfect vacation in the Caribbean, but when they head ashore to explore a remote island, their ultimate bachelor weekend devolves into their worst nightmare. After an ill-fated swim in contaminated water, they stumble upon a seemingly abandoned research facility where a deadly, flesh-eating virus has been unleashed.

Directed by Kaare Andrews (Altitude and The ABCs of Death) penned by Jake Wade Wall (The Hitcher), the film stars Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings Trilogy), Currie Graham, Ryan Donowho, Brando Eaton and Jillian Murray.
