Take your first look at Park Chan-Wook’s Stoker

Park Chan-Wook’s English-language debut STOKER has been kept under fairly tight wraps thus far. The plot is mysterious, the genre hard to define, and there has barely been any news to report. All that changes now as Entertainment Tonight has premiered a forty second teaser for the film. 

The clip, which can be seen below, presents the bare necessities of the plot, which is rooted in dreary atmosphere, murderous machinations and kinky sexual tension. Based on what we’re seeing here, I think Park Chan-Wook is on to something really special with STOKER. I’m going to call it right now as Nicole Kidman’s comeback movie, without a doubt.
