Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as real life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren in THE CONJURING 2, a film inspired by the Warrens' experience with the Enfield Poltergeist in the late 1970s. As the sequel's June 10th release date draws near, distributor Warner Bros. has presented us with a new featurette designed to introduce the Enfield case to viewers who may not be familiar with it.

In this three minute video, Wilson, Farmiga, director James Wan, Lorraine Warren herself, and two of the girls who were directly affected by the haunting give a chilling account of what went on in Enfield nearly forty years ago. Included is a clip of audio that may be the sound of a poltergeist communicating through an 11-year-old girl.

Written by Wan, THE CONJURING writers Chad and Carey Hayes, and David Leslie Johnson, THE CONJURING 2 centers on the Warrens' attempts to

to help single mom Peggy Hodgson and her four children, particularly daughter Janet (played by Madison Wolfe).

Wilson, Farmiga, and Wolfe are joined in the cast by Frances O'Connor, Patrick McAuley, Benjamin Haigh, Lauren Esposito, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Simon Delaney, Simon McBurney, and Franka Potente.
