THE CONJURING 2: THE ENFIELD POLTERGEIST has already started filming, so it seems timely to have a full cast set up. Check it out!
Along with Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga returning as the paranormal investigators the Warrens, the cast includes Frances O’Connor (A. I.) as a single mother, newbies Patrick McAuley and Benjamin Haigh joining Lauren Esposito as her children, and Maria Doyle Kennedy (Orphan Black); Simon Delaney (Roy); Franka Potente (RUN LOLA RUN); and Simon McBurney (MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: ROGUE NATION).
That's a strong cast, but I'm definitely most excited about seeing Franka Potente returning to the horror gerne for the first time since her utterly bizarre turn as Anne Frank in American Horror Story: Asylum. Her powerhouse performances in RUN LOLA RUN and the slick slasher ANATOMIE have earned her a chance at a more high profile role in Hollywood.
