Just in time for its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival is Jay Shaw's badass new poster for the Elijah Wood-starring horror comedy COOTIES. Shaw has been dishing out a ton of amazing work over the years and his latest piece is absolutely no exception. I don't know what I like more, the film's tagline: Circle, circle. Square, square. Now you have it everywhere, or the simple and perfect design of a skeleton hand holding a lollipop. Too damn cool! Check it out for yourselves below.
COOTIES was co-directed by Jonathan Millott and Cary Murnion and penned by Leigh Whannell and Ian Brennan. It sounds fun as hell and should stir up a lot of conversation after it debuts at Sundance. Here's what it's about:
COOTIES begins when a mysterious virus hits an isolated elementary school, transforming the pre-adolescent children into a feral swarm of mindless savages. An unlikely hero must lead a motley band of teachers in the fight of their lives against the monstrous pupils.
