Last week we reported that THE SHELTER, the feature film from our very own John "The Arrow" Fallon, would hit DVD this Winter on January 3rd, but now you can do something about it, baby! This announcement comes just ahead of the film's L.A. premiere and theatrical run. The film will hit the Laemmle Ahrya Fine Arts Theater from November 4th – 10th (8556 Wilshire Blvd. Beverly Hills, CA 90211, 310-478-3836). Fallon is set to be at the November 4th screening (intro – QNA) and will be present again for the big screening with star Michael Paré on Saturday, November 5th around 7:00PM. Producer Donny Broussard and Director of Photography Bobby Holbrook are also slated to be present. You can pick up tickets HERE.
Written and directed by Fallon, who also produced the film with Donny Broussard, THE SHELTER is about:
Vagrant Thomas Jacob (Michael Paré of "Eddie and the Cruisers" fame) finds shelter for the night when he falls upon a seemingly abandoned two-story home with its lights on and an inviting front door. Once inside, his past comes to haunt him and he soon realizes that he is not alone. There's a supernatural force on hand and it won't let him leave. Destiny has brought Thomas to this place but will he survive the ordeal?
Paré's co-stars include Gayle James, Rachel Whittle, Lauren Thomas, Daena Turner, and Amy Wickenheiser.
