Tony Todd, Kane Hodder and more genre vets face werewolves in Hallow Pointe

Apr. 29, 2011by: Alex DiVincenzo

Bobby Ray Akers Jr.'s Dead of Night Films and Thomas J. Churchill's Church Hill Productions are teaming up with PREDATOR executive producer Laurence Pereira for a werewolf flick called HALLOW POINTE. The film is being directed by Churchill of a script by Joe Knetter.

The film's impressive, genre veteran-filled cast reads like a guest list at a horror convention: Tony Todd, Kane Hodder, Leslie Easterbrook, Tiffany Shepis, Cody Matthew Blymire, Belinda Balaski, Eileen Dietz, Sarah French (below), Lar Park Lincoln, Ashley C. Williams, Allison Kyler, Stacey Dixon, Brad Loree and Steve Barton.

HALLOW POINTE is a chilling story about love, life and what lengths you go through to try and save someone; all told within the classic horror staple, a creature feature. The film is centered around Madeline's Closet, a quaint bed and breakfast hidden away from the world on a hidden dirt road in the woods. Henry and Jane are hoping a weekend there will help rekindle their love for each other. Staying there, along with a few other guests, everything seems to be going as planned until the sun sets and the full moon lights up the sky. Instead of trying to save their marriage they must now work together to try and save their lives.

Production is set to begin in Pennsylvania later this year for a 2012 theatrical release. Keep up to date on the flick's Facebook.
