Chiller has announced an intriguing-sounding anthology called CHILLING VISIONS: 5 SENSES OF FEAR, in which six filmmakers have created five chilling short films with each story revolving around one of the human senses. Taking part in the anthology, which premieres Friday, May 31 at 9pm ET, are YELLOWBRICKROAD‘s Jesse Holland and Andy Mitton who will take on “Hearing,” MY SUCKY TEEN ROMANCE‘s Emily Hagins with “Touch,” MADISON COUNTY and ROADSIDE‘s Eric England with “Taste,” SLASH-IN-THE-BOX's Nick Everhart with “Smell,” and Miko Hughes with “Sight.”

You can utilize two of your senses right now and check out the poster and trailer for CHILLING VISIONS below.

Hopefully we'll be seeing and hearing more about this cool sounding project in the weeks leading up to its May 31 airing.

Chiller specials usually satisfy. I am willing to give this anthology a chance. The directors have a decent filmography between them. Also, by FCC edict, Chiller must censor most of its offerings. However, 5 Senses of Fear is made-for-cable TV; thus, it will be likely more coherent and satisfying than most Chiller broadcasts.
