True Blood cast photo says Do Bad Things; New Minisode!

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

Oh the media train for “True Blood” keeps on rolling doesn’t it? Let’s be honest here… at this point does this series need this much hype? I’m pretty sure by now people are down for “True Blood” and don’t need to be convinced to check out it’s third season. Then again it’s always good to see “True Blood” goods, considering most of them kick ass and what-not, and this whole Season 3 build-up even has this guy thinking about giving the series another shot!

Anyway, as if you couldn’t tell, today we have yet another “True Blood” update to tell you all about! Actually, we’ve got two updates rolled into one! That’s right folks, two juicy “True Blood” updates today for your viewing pleasure. First up is a brand new promo shot for “True Blood” Season 3, unlike the simple (yet awesome) promo posters we’ve been seeing, this new shot is actually a still of sorts that showcases the “True Blood” cast persuading you to “Do Bad Things.” Well alright then. That tagline is of course in conjunction with “True Blood’s” catchy theme song “Bad Things” by Jace Everett.

“True Blood” has actually always been ace in their advertising. I remember back before Season 2 kicked off they had those awesome promos on HBO. You guys remember that shite? Good stuff. And they’re following right along with Season 3. Along with the awesome shot above, today’s update also has a brand new “True Blood” Minisode for all of you to check out courtesy of Yahoo! Before we get into that though, let me tell you all about these ‘Minisodes.’ You see, “True Blood” creator Alan Ball is planning on pimping out a total of six minisodes to hype up “True Blood” Season 3, all of which will feature cast members from “True Blood.”

In today’s minisode, titled “Eric and Pam,” we watch as Eric and Pam audition new dancers for the vampire bar Fangtasia. Scope that shite out below! Alan Ball had the following to say regarding these minisodes:

“The minisodes provide a wonderful and rare opportunity to take a deeper look into Bon Temps and the characters that live in this colorful town. The scenes are so much fun, and the performances as stellar as always. I can’t wait to share them with everyone, old fans and new.”

Each week we’ll see a brand new minisode, ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, popping up on different online sites before finding their way to HBO.com and “True Blood’s” official Facebook page. Be sure to keep a lookout for those and keep it here for more as we await “True Blood” Season 3’s June 13th premiere!
