Two new posters for Eli Roth’s Knock Knock starring Keanu Reeves

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Eli Roth's THE GREEN INFERNO, his first feature directorial effort since HOSTEL: PART II in 2007, will finally be reaching theatre screens on September 25th, but the wait for his next film after that will be much shorter than the gap between HOSTEL: PART II and THE GREEN INFERNO. It will be very short indeed – Lionsgate Premiere will be releasing Roth's film KNOCK KNOCK into theatres and onto VOD just two weeks later, on October 9th.

Seemingly a remake of DEATH GAME, a 1977 film that co-starred KNOCK KNOCK producer Colleen Camp, the film tells the following story:

When a devoted husband and father is left home alone for the weekend, two stranded young women unexpectedly knock on his door for help. What starts out as a kind gesture results in a dangerous seduction and a deadly game of cat and mouse.

Keanu Reeves stars as the devoted husband, with Lorenza Izzo and Ana De Armas as his female tormentors. It's those tormentors who are featured on the two new posters that debuted on IMDb and can be seen below.

I'm glad to see Eli Roth directing again, and even though our own Chris Bumbray gave the film a 4/10 review after seeing it at Sundance, I'm really looking forward to checking out KNOCK KNOCK.
