It seems like every other day we’re sitting here telling you about some new update for AMC’s “The Walking Dead.” Awesome isn’t it?!

If you’re actually tired of hearing about the hit zombie drama then you my friend are in the minority because most of us dig the shite out of “The Walking Dead!” So any little update that comes our way is highly welcome. Such is the case today!

You see to celebrate the upcoming release of “The Walking Dead” Season 2 we’ve been treated to a nifty little featurette from the DVD called “The Ink Is Alive.” In said featurette we’ve got “Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman talking about the differences between the show and the comic books in this preview clip. Anchor Bay Entertainment proudly releases the AMC original series THE WALKING DEAD: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON on August 28th on Blu-ray and DVD. A truly unique and very limited edition zombie head case created and designed by McFarlane Toys will also be available as Blu-ray™ only. The 4-Disc sets will contain all 13 episodes of the second season and will be loaded with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, featurettes and audio commentaries. Mark it on your calenders folks – August 28th!

Then on October 14th “The Walking Dead” Season 3 kicks off with a cast that includes Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Norman Reedus, Michael Rooker, Steven Yeun, Denai Guerrero, David Morrisey and Lauren Cohan (below). Expect a lot more “Walking Dead” updates to roll our way within the next couple months.
