Weekly Slaughter #156

Dec. 2, 2009by: Ammon Gilbert

Hello December! Seems like the holiday season straight-up snuck up on us this year, and all we have to show for it is one crappy looking horror comedy hittting the cineplex. TRANSYLMANIA looks as dumb as it sounds, and likely not worth your time or your money. On DVD, there's TERMINATOR SALVATION for those (like me) who missed it over the summer, Brittany Murphy in the STD horror romp DEADLINE, and some bare-knuckle brawl action in DEATH WARRIOR. Now it's time to think about what DVDs will be making the X-mas wish list this year...

SLAUGHTERING THEATERS THIS WEEK

Located deep in the heart of the "cursed land" of Transylvania in a centuries-old castle, Razvan University isn't your typical institution of higher learning -- and the black leather-clad professors, three-foot-tall dean, instruction in crucifix-wielding, and topless vampiresses lurking in dark corners are just the start.
