Sorry but seems this choice is a bit of a desperate reach. Its one of the major theme's of the movie, that nobody believes Nancy and this leads to their death/leaving Nancy alone to fight Kruger. Such a major theme that it's in every Nightmare movie. It's also standard slasher fare - noboy believes the protagonist. As for the remake, it may be no contest comparing it but despite it's faults it aint THAT bad.

It's been a while

I think at this point in the movie, Glen hasn't jumped on the bandwagon that everyone is dying in their dream. I know he admits that something strange is going on, but I don't think he totally bought that it was the dreams doing it. Therefore, it's really not that farfetched to think that he'd fall asleep, especially if it is an innocent mistake on his part.

A little disappointed you guys chose to do a WTF on the original over the remake, which is a WTF in itself, mirco sleeps anyone? It better be a future one, just sayin yo :-))

And this scene makes sense, at least to me. Have you tried staying awake when you need to? It never works, your brain wont let you. It's like when you know you can't eat but then you get hungry anyway even though you haven't been until your mind knows you can't eat.

Not giving you guys a dig, picking this doesn't

Not giving you guys a dig, picking this doesn't make sense to me because I don't have an issue with the scene and I don't get the nitpicking.

There really wasnt anything about that scene that says "WTF." These WTF segments are getting worse and worse and more annoying.

I just love how it's friggin' Johnny Depp in "A Nightmare on Elm Street." It's the equivalent of George Clooney being in "Return to Horror High" for me; It's so random, and for some reason, seems so deliciously wrong.

And I gotta say it again, Paul is a hot motherfucker.. Can't help it.

Another cute video :) I love you both!

Personally this scene doesn't bother me at all, but I can see what you both mean. I agree with Marcey, you should do the crap remake next!

You're correct. It really to me is one of the most vile pieces of shite to exist...but that is still putting it mildly ;)

This is definitely one of my most hated remakes ever!
