Penny Dreadful is one of those horror shows that the community hasn't been paying as much attention to, but it's powering forward for a third, literary-tinged season.
If you don't have Showtime, you have an opportunity to catch yourself up with this new season and see if it's your cup of tea thanks to the network's YouTube, where they have released a free preview of the entire episode in a TV-14 cut. Of course, if you want all the good stuff, you'll have to subscribe. But this is still an entire episode, which is a pretty ballsy move that networks have been making more and more lately. Penny Dreadful stars Patti LuPone, Eva Green, Wes Studi, Josh Hartnet, Timothy Dalton, Simon Russell Beale, Harry Treadaway, Rory Kinnear, and Shazad Latif. Guest stars include Christian Camargo, Sam Barnett, Jessica Barden, Billie Piper, Reeve Carney, and Perdita Weeks.
The show will air on Showtime Sundays at 10pm ET/PT beginning May 1st.
