UPDATE! iFilm has the trailer for all of us non-US citizens.

What a treat! I seem to be one of the only people around who is rooting for this movie and wouldn't you know it, after looking forward to it all day, MTV have done a massive number on me and forbidden that it be seen by anyone outside of America! For all of you lucky sons of bitches who are there, you can check out the exclusive trailer over HERE. Me? Don't worry about me, I'm gonna go watch The Sopranos. Who needs this stupid movie. The only way I'll be interested now is if the movie is about Norton using his Gamma strength to hunt down that hip-hop kid that shot Edward Furlong, since -- oh, who am I kidding I desperately want to see this freaking thing. Tell me about it in the strike-backs. In other news, I hate England.

THE INCREDIBLE HULK is directed by Louis Leterrier (THE TRANSPORTER) and stars Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth and William Hurt. It hits theaters on June 13th.

looks amazing! always a fan of Ed Norton. and even if he's 'tempestuous', his involvement in the editing of the film American History X yielded a great movie, so i'm sure he's not going in there without understanding what he's doing. can't wait!

I totally agree with nickdoll about combining stunt work or practical effects and cgi instead of having long CGI heavy sequences. George Romero said the same thing on his commentary for Land of the Dead.

I enjoyed the trailer, as someone who is always down for a potentially good comic book film, and I'll definetly check it out on dvd and MAYBE agree to go see it in the theatre. If you take away the CGI, keep in mind that then there would be the complaint that Hulk isn't proportionate enough to the actual character, which is a hulking (Pun intended) mass of a superhero. I'm not the biggest end...

Just remember folks, if remakes weren't permitted then we never would have gotten The Maltese Falcon with good ol' Humphrey Bogart.

I was excited but now...
Man, when I heard Edward Nortan was in the film, I was excited for it (even after the stinker that was Ang Lee's HULK).

But the trailer...

looks the same as the last one, even with Nortan.

And the news that tht final battle will be 30 minutes long... God, I'm so tired of overly long, CGI heavy action sequences (Ugh, Transformers and Pirates 3). Give...

Still, I don't think computers are ready to make a Hulk. Also, the Hulk is a boring character. Why do they keep trying to inflict him on us? More Spider-Man, please.

I'm probably gonna' get a lotta' hate for saying this but I'm actually looking forward to this movie more than Iron Man...simply because this movie looks like it gives a sh*t about what it's hyping. Of course, NOTHING beats The Dark Knight (and I mean NOTHING), but if I had to choose between Iron Man and this...I'd choose this. On another note...I don't understand how people can actually refer ...

CGI is ruining it for me
I think this will end up being a more entertaining movie than the Ang Lee film. The plot seems more entertaining with a real drama. Ang Lee's conflict was too existential. I still do not understand what happened with Nick Nolte at the end. ... trailer just doesn't work for me. It's building towards Hulk's revelation, but I've already seen Hulk in Ang Lee's movie (masterpiece and one of the best superhero movies in recent years).It's also too gloomy, and not too exciting.

I have no complaints about the CGI here. Could've looked better, but then the cast and director will make up the difference for me. You know, lots of green blood on the street, splashed all around. ...

I'm a huge Edward Norton fan but... no good. Eric Bana was fantastic and even looked like the Bruce from the animated series. Plus the Hulk just looked and felt right. In this one the Hulk looks like a villain.

Damn... I hoped it would be a great Hulk Movie. I heard about Starring Edward Norton, and I was hip with it. But after watching the trailer I´m really sad about, how bad the animation of Hulk is.

I've been working in the CG/3D field for almost 16 years. I know what current technology can produce as far as a believable humanoid character. Not sure why these effects studios are having such a hard time creating a character that looks believable.
My observations of the Hulk character:

Much too stiff and rigid
Much too shiny
Not enough translucency in the ...

From what I saw, it's two shades above the Ang Lee pic. I like Eric Bana but Ed Norton really looks like he's gonna go somewhere with this.
The Abomination...well, he looks abominable, so at least they're in keeping with his name.

Seems like fun
No bitchiness or tears shed over the CGI (Bah! It looks better than those of I am Legend at least), no pouting and moaning and nit-picking here. All in all, I liked it. It looks like an OK way of killing 2 hours out of my ever-so-exciting life, and, I'll see it when it comes out.

...well, the movie still looks exciting, even though THE HAPPENING is to this as what INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL is to every other movie coming out this year, for me.

Man, the trailer for the Ang Lee was so much better. This one looked pretty standard.
The helicopter scene looked really bad by the way.
Still looking forward to it though.

I don't see how this will be any better or even different from the 'original' version a few years ago...but I guess we can't say til it releases. The trailer didn't even make me slightly eager to see it however :\

I'm from Sweden and i could see the trailer...weird..had to see it without volume. Stupid irl job, looked pretty cool though.

This one make me forget Ang Lee even tried to make a Hulk film. I can't wait to see Abomination and Hulk go toe to toe, though I think that this is going to be exposition heavy early on, and let the fists fly later.

I thought I'd be way more hyped after seeing the trailer, but it just not that impressive. I suspect it gives away too much story and Hulk's unveiling was kind of weak sauce. Why didn't they save the helicopter fall for the movie? I'll still see it.....damnit.

Not having expectations and being surprised or mildly satisfied is better than hyping something only to have it blow.

I was a little iffy at first when I heard Norton was starring in it because even though he is my second favorite actor, I didn't think that this would be his type of movie. After seeing the trailer and hard work by Norton and crew (mostly Norton) you can obviously tell that this Hulk movie will be better than the first one (I also enjoyed the first one).

Seriously I wish this movie was opening in theaters this weekend. I am so stoked, pumped, and excited for this movie it's not even funny. This summer is going to be awesome for movies.

Even though I had The Dark Knight as my most anticipated movie, it is now a 3-way tie between The Dark Knight, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk.

By the way rasporange pant, I love how you just totally rip Edward Norton. I mean obviously you're interested in the movie because other wise why would you bother to even post about the movie. Edward Norton is one of the best, most underrated actors out there today and you know it.

In Norton I Trust.

I loved the Hulk CGI, Bana in the role, and Danny Elfman's score in Ang Lee's movie, but otherwise I agree that it was a dud. I wasn't completely blown away by the trailer, but I'm not disappointed. i actually think that the trailer looked pretty damn good. you guys who are bashing it need to remember back to the first Iron Man trailer we were given, it looked just as "sloppy" if not more then this trailer. i like the look of Hulk, i just don't like the long hair. overall, it's not going to be as monumental as the bats or iron man but it's going to lend a helping hand to the success of ...

I still don't know what to make of this movie, although I'm really excited by its potential. Enjoyed the trailer and will definitely be there opening day, but Ang Lee's version is a guilty pleasure. And I don't think it will be bigger than Iron Man and I know it won't top TDK. I just believe it looks pretty solid and I see no reason why it can't be up there with those movies, if not in box offi...

The CGI looks WORSE this time around, and the Hulk's face looks nothing like Norton. With Bana's film, there was at least SOME resemblance . . . and the directing looks generic. Say what you want about Ang Lee's film, but at least he made it stand out.

Don't agree with most of the CGI complaints here, but this trailer doesn't get me as pumped as say, the trailers for Iron Man.
As for Norton, i love the guy so i'm sure he'll be great, it's just odd that every time we hear him, he sounds more relaxed and in control than stressed and about to lose it.

I also love the new retro look of the film, now we need to see some poster art! I agree with most about the cartoonish GCI but this maybe still the first stages of it, but still looks pretty cool,...

The point is to revive a dying franchise. Hence, he was brought in and given power--power that he deserves. All of the films on which he may have been called "diva" were better films after his collaboration. I say he's earned his arrogance and his good name.

Regarding the trailer: it's interesting to note the pervasive darkness here, and I like the idea of foregrounding a plot line instead of only highlighting the Hulk. Some good hook lines, too.

The movie looks terrific but I honestly think that the trailer looks like it was rushed. The CGI is still miles from being complete for sure but we're still a few months away so a lot can change.

Let me start off by saying that the Incredible Hulk will see decent success, and is NOWHERE near the indiana jones, dark knight, iron man trifecta that is this summer's blockbusters. And that CGI is somewhat embarassing. Knowing that you're making a HULK movie makes you realize two very central things. The entire main character will be CGI, and so will the focus villain. That beig said couldn't they try a bit harder to get some realistic effects? Abomination running looks like a video game character.. he has no human motion... at all. At least do some kind of Gollum/King Kong kind of effects.. mirror the actor's motions.
And that Hulk looks identical to the older one.. I'm all for a hulk movie, but this dissapointed me.

Being a huge fan of the Ang Lee film (Yeah all 8 of us), I am pretty sure I won't enjoy this one as much, but I will still be there opening night. I too have faith in the cast.

I'm gonna give it the benefit of the doubt. It's difficult to tell from the teaser, but the Hulk CGI doesn't look horrible. That said, it doesn't immediately look better than the previous Hulk CGI, which was pretty damn good even if you hated the movie.
His face seems to have more detailed features, which is interesting.

But I feel like I just saw most of the movie in tha...
