I have to admit that I'm one of those guys that downloaded the new SPIDER-MAN 3 trailer and watched it in slo-mo a couple times. However I didn't catch anything quite as good as this. JoBlo.com reader Dustin slowed down the HD trailer and was able to get a great shot of James Franco as the new Green Goblin. It seems that Harry doesn't have the access to the Goblin masks like his father wore so he's constructed his own makeshift costume that includes a green bandana over his face. He does rock the Goblin glider though with possibly a few upgrades. So now that we've seen Sandman in action, Green Goblin in action and the alien symbiote attaching to Spidey, when, OH WHEN, can we see Venom?! Please tell me Sony and Marvel are planning a big reveal at the Comic-Con. Please. Check out the pic below...

...Eddie Brock. At least that's my theory. Look at Harry's hair in the Spidey 3 teaser, look at Eddie's, and then look at the hair in that frame cap. I just don't think that's Harry.

Just to reiterate on cwebb's comment...It is more of a "snowboard" shape (I was originally describing it as a hoverboard) and that leads me to think that his getup is just thrown together. Why would he redesign the glider but not make a nice suit? ...seems kinda stupid to me.

So far Spidey 3 looks to be the landmark comic book film challenging Batman Begins as the all time winner. Spidey 2 had too much repetitive drama. Superman Returns should've been a complete reboot instead of a "rehash".

The teaser for Spidey 3 blew me away and as for Venom I doubt he'll show up (in full guise) in this film. The symbiote costume is the story here with Sandman and...

I agree!
I agree with Tyler and Raul, it does seem unfinished and the only scenes of him we see are obviously CGI so they could make many changes between then and now. As for Tyler, I also agree that it's just a quick throw together of a costume. Very cool though!

Does anyone other than me think that maybe this is just one of Harry's early attempts at an attack on Spidey, and later on he makes a more bad-ass suit to make up for the flaws? Cuz that would explain why it would look kinda crappy... Kinda liky Spidey's first suit in the first movie.

Ok... Is it just me or does this look like a snowboarder wih a ski mask on? Oh well, it does look cool, and better than the mask inthe first one. Plus, they won't have to worry about lip/sound synchronization in this one! Yipee!

Damn Cool!
It sure does look like a bandana but it could be a mask or some sort. I really do like the simple concept of the suit and glider as why would he go to elaborate legnths to have a suit when all that is on his mind is killing Spider-Man/Peter Parker. I love the shot of him in the trailer when he glances downward to the camera, he looks so sinister. Can't wait!
