Most of us around here are somewhat foaming at the mouth to check out Edgar Wright's and Simon Pegg's upcoming comedy HOT FUZZ, the follow-up to their hilarious and wildly successful debut feature SHAUN OF THE DEAD. The poster below that the folks over at Impawards recently debuted (and the always reliable ElderPredator pointed out to us) is seemingly parodying those stylized, ultra-serious buddy cop posters, only they've added a particularly inspired tagline: Big cops. Small town. Moderate violence. Awesome. Click through for a higher res version. It opens March 9th of next year.

Totally Agree
Hot Fuzz is my number one film for nest year (well, maybe Zodiac is a bit ahead) and I heartily agree with Jim Law and Vega913 that Spaced is hilarious. It's number 4 on my top ten greatest films of all time list. And it's a TV series! It's that good.

Awesome poster! If you enjoy these guys, I can't stress enough how hard you should try to get your hands on their hit British TV show, SPACED, which Vega913 brought up below. Absolutely brilliant.
