Under Siege 3? Oct. 2, 2008

Steven Seagal has told MTV that he wants to make UNDER SIEGE 3. But better than that, he wants it to have some kind of mystic element to it. Now I don't have the time or the technology to prove this theory but I'm pretty sure more people have died by excessive cuddling than have expressed or will express any interest in seeing this thing. Still, he said:

“I personally want it to be something more modern... In other words... I wouldn’t mind if it was about something more mystical or…maybe extraterrestrial in nature. Some real government top secrets instead of just the typical.”

Is "more modern" "in other words" really "extraterrestrial"? Maybe if he gave that interview in the distant future and then stepped through the time-space continuum and handed it to present-day MTV press. Although not like he couldn't use his buddhism power to totally hook that up.

Extra Tidbit: Sixteen years ago, UNDER SIEGE was. Sixteen.

Your time has come and gone. Nobody gives a shit about you. You're better off in VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club".

The one with Tommy Lee Jones on the carrier was the first Under Siege. The second took place on a train.

I'm sure this will be direct-2-DVD because it will suck all everything else he and Wesley Snipes do now. It's sad to see that this once fun action filled flicks he had from when I was younger have turned into such crap. It didn't hurt that Tommy Lee Johns plays a brilliant pscyhopath in that & Gary Busey hadn't gotten all weird yet. This I'm sure will suck, but I love the 1st "Under Siege" all I can say is Erika Eleniak & cake! Man I watched that scene way too much. LOL

he should stop making movies and start some kind of reality show like "the next martial arts actor" it could be him, van damme, and some british actor, because every reality that has a judging panel must have a british guy. they could get the next generation of kick ass, bone breaking, round house given actors. It's like fashion everything becomes popular agian sometime, why not these types of movies.

I do like the first 2 under siege movies alot, back in the day they were classic action movies, but now seagal brings a movie straight to dvd every week and he's lost the plot! rubbish storys , bloated action and quick cut fighting. if we are to take this movie seriously then he needs to spend a few months in a gym, get a fantastic make-up artist and do under siege 3 properly for the fans of the originals, not a straight to dvd pile of toss!

What a ridiculous notion. It's one thing for Rocky, Rambo, Die Hard, Indiana Jones, or even Ghostbusters to resurface, but then you have great actors and film makers involved in those projects and also beloved characters. I mean the first Under Siege was tolerable I guess, but it certainly wasn't a memorable film nor a memorable performance, so I can't understand for the life of me why they'd want to resurrect this. Unfortunately for him, he didn't prove himself as a talented and/or dramatic actor like Stallone and Willis did before they became known as "action stars," so he has no credibility, therefore people aren't going to welcome him back, so if he wants to make a comeback, my advice would be to reinvent himself entirely by doing a really offbeat supporting role or something.

... of any Steven Seagal movie it should be a sequel to his all time best flick, "Out For Justice". Not a person can lay a hand on him in that movie. Is there a better scene than the pool hall scene. I'm serious. You had great quotable lines like "Where you from finoche? Cleveland? yeah I thought so because guys from Brooklyn dont talk like that" "Anybody seen Richie???!!! I'm gonna keep coming back till some remembers."

And out of nowhere, not only is some biker type hanging out with the biggest group of guidos brooklyn has to offer, but also some Asian guy in a Sergio tacchini jumpsuit called Sticks.

I can watch that piece of shit everyday for the rest of my life.
