I think there's still a ringing in my ears from the screeching at the TWILIGHT Comic-Con panel this past summer. It did a lot to show me how dedicated the TWILIGHT fanbase is but I don't know that it did much to show me why I should see the movie. I'm still not convinced but then again I'm not really the target audience for the film (I have yet to swoon over Robert Pattinson). For those whose passion bucket runneth over, we have a glimpse at the final poster for TWILIGHT today courtesy Cinematical. It looks like something that came out of Glamour Shots but what do I know. I love the books and I'm actually really into the movie (anyone have words we can step outside and I'll kick your a** Kratos style) but this poster and all the [link] pictures are so horrible. COME ON HERE! They obviously have a decent budget. GET A DECENT PHOTOG!

Tired of Vampires
i don't know about anyone else but i'm getting tired of these dark romantic vampire films. This film has been getting a lot of hype but i don't see anything special. It's specifically bitch made. If you want a sick vampire film: my pic is Lost Boys.

Call it morbid curiosity but...
I read "Twilight". It wasn't a good book. The characters were one note, the dialogue was repetitive and the Author had no style to her writing. But I could see where the addiction could come from. And I thought that if the script was good and they got a good visionary director that also knows how to get a good performance out of their actors then the film cold be a good time.

But this is what we've gotten.
What little glimpses of the dialogue we've gotten have sounded awful. The director has no eye for visuals (I'm speaking from experience, I've seen her previous films, not a treat for the eyes at all). Not to mention the lackluster acting we've also seen in the trailers. I'll see this, I'll bring a date, I'll probably hate every moment of it, but hell maybe i'll get something rewarding out of this cinematic pergatory.

Ughhh....
I'd rather punch myself repeatedly in the nutsack than watch this teenage estrogen-fueled cash-in. Hell, I wouldn't even go with my girlfriend if she forced me to. I'd probably tell her to "FUCK OFF!". Yep, that's how much I feel about that movie.

GAY!!!!! Its like they took Interview with a Vampire put a woman in control of it mixed with 1 part melrose Place and 1 part Days of our Lives and presto you now have CRAP. Congrats!

LoL. Why does the dude look so damn pale, even for a vampire? I think "I can haz a cup of coffee" is fitting here...

With that said, this movie will make boatloads of $ with the amount of fangirls it has. I only know of 2 girls that have NOT read the book series.

And In other news...Any Watchmen goodies to report?
