I'm not sure what to think about this next Broken Lizard film SLAMMIN' SALMON. Their first film, SUPERTROOPERS, was quality but CLUB DREAD was absolutely awful and BEERFEST was just OK (and the less said about DUKES OF HAZZARD, the better). Could this be a return to form? Collider has posted a red-band trailer for SALMON and it looks like it's got a few laughs. But can this hold up for an entire movie?

The film stars Michael Clark Duncan as a former boxer and current restaurant owner who tries to motivate his crew with a GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS like challenge. Whoever sells the most food win. Whoever doesn't gets their ass kicked. Check it out below and let me know what you think...

Can't Wait
I've liked everything BL has done (Dukes was bad, but there are plenty of worse movies and it's not a TRU BL movie). This trailer looks pretty damn funny. "Soup burn face scares me" I love that line...

Are you kidding? They never lost their form. I love Club Dredd and Beerfest. Never saw Dukes, but from what I hear it was simply directed by Jay Chandrasekhar, and not a Broken Lizard film. I love these guys and Slammin' Salmon looks awesome.

I love these guys. I still don't know why all the hate for beerfest is. All my friends and I think that movie is the funniest. This groups kind of humor is really funny to me so this movie should be right up my alley.

i think club dread gets a bad rap. i love it, especially due to an awesome performance by Bill Paxton.

also the trailer looked pretty damn funny, and it even had lance henrikson!!

...Broken lizard should be in the dictionary underneath it.

I love all of their stuff - because so much of it just the chemistry of the ensemble. But I've sat next to people with whom I share a lot of comedic tastes, and I can hear crickets chirping.

Personally - this looks funny. BL has always about funny performances - with gags saved for certain moments. That said, this looks chock full of gags. If the same chemistry is there, I'll be at the theaters.

I don't care about the haters, because BL just doesn't appeal to a lot of people - and fans can't care about that.

Super Troopers and Beerfest were hilarious. Club Dread was ok. I even liked Dukes of Hazzard. It's about time for another Broken Lizard movie.

I enjoyed Club Dread.

I don't think any of the Broken Lizard movies were hysterical all the way through, but they are always entertaining. I can see this one ending up the same way. Can't say that I'll rush out to the theaters, but it will definitely be on my rental list.

the first 10 minutes of super troopers was one of the funniest stuff i've ever seen, after that it was horrible. but the 10 minutes were worth it.

Well every scene with MCD had me rolling. Some of the others were funny and some fell flat, but I will definitely see it for MCD.

that didnt really look good. i dont know, Beerfest grew on me in time, Super Troopers is overrated and Club Dread is forgettable. they need to make the Greek movie already, this looks like crap
