UPDATE - Superhero Hype is reporting this though this poster was hanging at the Licensing Expo, it wasn't created by either Sony Pictures or Marvel and is not official artwork for the film.
The movie doesn't come out until 2011 but a very early teaser poster for SPIDER-MAN 4 has already made its way online. It comes out of the licensing show in Las Vegas where people license things, look to license looks, license things bought or sold, sell things bought or processed... I don't know where I'm going with that but Sony was there promoting some of their upcoming movies for promotional tie-ins. As part of their booth they had a poster for SPIDER-MAN 4. At this point in the game, when no one other than Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi are confirmed as participating in the film, there's not much to look at other than the number 4 and the New York skyline but that should be enough to get some people's trousers tight.
