In the future, God gets pissed off at humanity for some reason or another, and decides he's going to send his legion of angels to destroy earth. Because you know, a meteor or a flood would just be too convenient.

MySpace has the first look at LEGION via an epically long redband trailer. It looks like CONSTANTINE meets well, CONSTANTINE, but with less Keanu Reeves and way more automatic weapons fire. Who knew you could kill an angel with bullets? I must have missed that Bible verse.

In any case, expect LEGION this January, and get your fill of demonic old women and angel swarms below.

Extra Tidbit: Alright, the Gabriel (Kevin Durand) vs. Michael (Paul Bettany) angel fight looks pretty damn cool.

This is supposed to be funny, in a Evil Dead kinda way, right? Because every line is delivered after a pause in a cliched way and the monsters made me giggle. Looks terrible.

Looks kind of lame, all things considered. The lady climbing the ceiling looked ridiculous...

And what's with the baby? Seems to me everyone seems to forget the part that the Bible suggests Jesus returns as a GROWN adult...

That being said, religious fundamentalists won't have a problem with this movie as a result. After all, they've gotten the fundamentals wr...

Meh...typical.
God gets angry, sends angel who knocked off to be the villain, another angel who doesn't appear to be the good guy tries to save a child who is the key to humanity's fate. Constantine? Prophecy? So many to choose from. I'll watch it but I don't have high hopes for this one besides the dialogue is very stale. C'mon guys!

Agreed, these trailers are starting to show ridiculous spoilers and shit we just don't need to see.. like who dies. That was the main reason I couldn't enjoy the Eric Bana Hulk was there was so little fighting and it was all in the trailer. ugh..
