New Avatar trailer!!

Strike Back below!

The new AVATAR trailer is online! The 3:15 trailer, which premiered today in front of almost all the major new releases (even AMELIA...), won't officially be online until sometime late next week but we've got a bootleg copy that you can take a look at now. This is not the ideal way to see this trailer but for now, it's the only way to see it online. And even in this lo-fi state, it's already better than the original trailer. It turns out adding a little bit of context to the crazy visuals was what the doctor ordered. Check it out below and as soon as a HD version becomes available, we'll let you know!

UPDATE - You knew it would happen eventually. Fox "asked" that we remove the bootleg trailer and we have done so. The HD version will be online next week and we'll have that up as soon as it hits...

It looks good... But it seems to be VERY overhyped... The only movie with hype that's lived up to it (that I've seen) was TDK... Remember how hyped Body of Lies was? And look how that turned out... I hope this lives up to its hype.

it was ok i guess. it'll prob win an oscar for best special effects, but not best pic, best dir, best acting etc and so on. i'll probably catch a matinee of it in theaters if i remember

I saw an early screening of Saw VI last week and this trailer was attached. When I first saw the full 3 minute trailer I thought "this looks way better than the teaser". Avatar looks flat out amazing!

By FAR better than the teaser. This looks amazing! Avatar is going to be James Cameron's Lord of the Rings!

Sucks that these bootlegs are being pulled down so fast, took me awhile to find it. Fox should leave it up, it only repairs the damage done by the teaser.

That's the trailer Avatar needed at the start.

I really liked the teaser, but I could see why some people would be turned off.

That was fantastic! Looks great, too bad I won't need to go see the movie now after watching a 3min trailer that told me almost the entire storyline. lol. Meh, who am I kidding, I'll be there opening night.

while i don't care too much for something as awesome and groundbreaking as this being seen in "bootleg" form, i like this new trailer alot. i didn't get stoked like i did the second (i guess i need to see it on the big screen sunday.) still my most anticipated movie this year, i hope i don't get letdown big time.

god I cannot wait for this movie. James Cameron has never let us down. Even his weaker movies (True Lies, The Abyss) rocked and were far better than most of the hollywood dreck that we have to trudge through.

Saw this trailer in front of Saw 6... and my god it really provides the story and the music is perfect (say what you want about Michael Bay, but his films have some of the best music, hence the score from The Island used as the first part for this Trailer).. i already couldnt wait for this flick (was able to catch Avatar Day, the footage was amazing), but now this has taken over The Lovely Bone...

a good trailer makes all the difference in the world (expendables, take notes). No clue why they bothered releasing that first one, but this new one definitely got me interested. Now if they can cut reshoot that [link] get the point speech at the end, I'd appreciate it.

has there been a runtime for this movie yet? It's gotta be at least 3hrs.

And i hated first trailer but this one is looking much better, if not a little long.
