I have no idea where the people from Twitch got that, maybe it was sent directly to them -they don't say- but the site posted an open letter apparently from BLACK DYNAMITE himself, Michael Jai White, where he both thanks and appeals to the movie's fans.

Here it is, in hopefully his on words:

Dear Black Dynamite fans:

I can tell by watching the activity on the Internet that people around the world are eager to see Black Dynamite.  

It is our fans who have helped us get the word out thus far, and we greatly appreciate the love and support they have shown us.  

As I am sure you know, an early cut of the movie has leaked on the Internet, and seems to be quite popular.  Last I checked, the comments on Twitter and Facebook have been only positive.  I love that the buzz on the web is so good, and that we have so many new fans.  But I would like to stress that the version of the film online is NOT the final cut.

The final cut of Black Dynamite, which is currently in theaters, is the way director Scott Sanders and I envisioned the movie.  It is the film we are proud of, and the one we want to share with audiences worldwide.  

Believe me, if you or people you know like the rough cut of Black Dynamite you saw online, you will love the final cut of the film that is in theatres now.

I've seen the movie and it kicks all kinds of ass, it's a spoof of sorts but a spoof that is done right...Black Dyanmite 2? Most definitely.

don't really do leaked movies as i don't like watching stuff on my computer, but i would have seen it in theaters ages ago if at any point it were playing closer than a 6 hour drive away from me. now since it doesnt look like i will get to see it in theaters, im just hoping for a blu ray or/and dvd release very soon so i can finally watch this one.

I would no doubt see it
If it were in wider release. Not saying I'll download it, just saying I'd make the drive to Orlando if it went bigger.

Yep, definitely check it out if you can see it theatrically. I saw it back in August at the Toronto After Dark Film Festival and had a blast. See it with an audience! :) (hoping it comes back to Toronto - damn you limited releasing).

I think we all know the two cuts are the same thing, they just want you to pay to see it. Nice try, though, Michael Jai White. Maybe you can be in another shitty Spawn movie some day.

Gotta give the man props, and I certainly applaud what he has to say. I mean I can understand why they dont want to promote piracy but also promote the cut they want seen of the film.

YES GO SEE IT!!!!
This movie was beyond what I had originally expected, and I had already had high hopes to begin with. Everyone MUST see it. It perfectly resembles the old blaxploitation movies it was inspired by. I'm praying and hoping for a sequel, and if there were to be one i'd certainly hope its made exactly the same way. Enough rambling...just go see it.
