If you've never it, David Prowse's voice work as the iconic STAR WARS villain as it was heard while shooting on the set seriously sounds like something out of a bad fan-made YouTube video. It's kind of hilarious.

The video clip embedded below, which is only a little under a minute long, is taken from the "Empire of Dreams: The Story of the Star Wars Trilogy" documentary which can be found as a bonus supplement on the 2004 DVD release of the STAR WARS trilogy. Check it out!

It's amazing how one dude's voice can change absolutely everything in a movie. Can you imagine how much the original trilogy would have sucked without James Earl Jones's voice?

This is funny as hell. He may have a non-threatening voice, but his handshake damn near crushed my fingers when I met him at a convention once.
