Kong teaser art!

A scooper by the name of "Heckler" sent in the following images of KING KONG teaser posters that I had never seen. I followed up to ask the context behind these posters and was told they were rejected poster designs. I'm not sure if Universal plans to use them at all in the future, but I they're all pretty powerful images. One of them seems to have been incorporated into the UK quad image but what about the rest? UPDATE - A few readers checked in to say they've seen these presented as billboards in the LA and New York areas. I kinda like these and wish I had some hi-res versions of each. Unfortunately this was the best quality our scooper said he/she had. What do you think of these designs compared to the posters that we've seen so far? And as for KONG himself, keep your peepers peeled on this very site. We've got a pretty bitchin' contest coming up that I'm not allowed to speak of. But suffice to say, the winners I think will be really psyched. I will say no more.
