Strike Back below!

So how excited are we all for the REAL Quentin Tarantino's next movie project, coming out later this year, as a collaboration with Robert Rodriguez, called GRIND HOUSE? Unless you've been living under a rock or just really, really drunk, allow me to remind you of this 120-minute film, which will feature one 60-minute movie by Tarantino called DEATH PROOF, and another 60-minute film by Rodriguez called PLANET TERROR. Between the two films will be some fake commercials. Sounds like a blast to me! But anything related to Rodriguez is sure to bring out even more coolness, as proven by the GRIND HOUSE book (see cover below), to be published by Rodriguez's own Troublemaker Publishing company during the summer of 2006, and sub-titled: THE SLEAZE-FILLED SAGA OF AN EXPLOITATION DOUBLE FEATURE.

Now I realize that Rodriguez works fast, but how the f*ck are they going to shoot this movie over the next few months and come out with a friggin' 250-page hardcover book by the summer? Then again, we're talking about the genius who is Robert Rodriguez (more on my admiration of the man HERE). If you want to read more about what will be in the book, click HERE. Thanks to 'Ronen' for the head's up.

Promises, Promises
QT promised a book version of Kill Bill early on as well, and it was never delivered - so don't get your hopes up too high yet.

be still my heart
I'm shaking with excitement just thinking about this movie! I've gotta calm down before my stomach turns inside out.

But seriously... two of today's greatest filmmakers working together on a movie? THAT'S JUST CRAZY!

Oh, and nobody mention FOUR ROOMS. It was decent and all, but lets just pretend it never happened...
