"The Game", or whatever you want to call this 50 Cent wannabe is probably the most emotionally unstable figure in rap music. His tunes are schizophrenic, his motives are absurd, and he's not nearly as good looking as P Diddy. Still, casting directors seem to have a hard-on for this dude, as he's set to play B.A. Baracus in director Joe Carnahan's THE A-TEAM--a role originated on the TV show by Mr. T himself. Already cast are Liam Neeson as John "Hannibal" Smith, and Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck. Frankly, I could care less about this news because as far as I'm concerned this will be just another GET SMART, STARSKY AND HUTCH type project that just trickles into our "who gives a shit" pile of collective cinematic horse waste. But I'll make sure to tell my grandmother that her favorite rapper has finally made it in Hollywood.

So many biased people on here and for no good reason. How many rappers are REALLY taking major parts in movies from conventional actors? And the ones that are tend to be pretty good. Eminem was good in 8 Mile. Ice cube was good in Boyz and the barbershop movies. Common was good in everything so far. Tupac was good in the movies he did. Now there have been others but those movies were pretty inc...

first off, Game is nothing like 50 Cent. He's like the only real hard mofo in the hip hop game. All them dirty south mofos is frontin. Second, i think ice cube would've been better or hail maybe ice-t, Game is ok as an actor (Belly 2 wasn't that good but street kings was dope)but he should really be stickin to music.

First, doesnt he have a normal name? Imagine the movie 'the rock' starred dwayne(the rock) in the lead role, you would have a poster with twice The rock on it. Just use normal names.And i know a lot of actors use different names but please no ice cube, 25 cent or something. There are a lot of good black actors out there. Wesley snipes if he's already returned from his vacation.

It took one casting call to totally make me lose interest in this movie. Up until this I was 100% ready to see this movie. Now...well its going to have to have some amazing word of mouth when it comes out to get me into a theater. Or someone else better take up the role.

Might as well have given the role to a f-ing Waynes brother…

Ever since I heard Neeson was on board this thing has become a movie of interest for me. And I haven't even seen "Taken" yet. But Neeson's one of my favorite actors.

No actor cast, I'll never watch this. Time to stick to people who ACT FOR A LIVING, instead of just reading the newest Rap magazine and going, "That one will do." There are plenty of actual ACTORS out there that could use the work, so enough with trolling the rap clubs.

Wow, lame....
Terry Crews, Tyrese Gibson, Michael Clark Duncan, or Ving Rhames would've all been inspired choices.

They'll probably set this in Iraq or Afghanistan instead of Vietnam but hopefully it'll be a dark, gritty, dramatic movie ala the "Miami Vice" movie.

My demands
Loved the A-Team as a kid and I will see it when it comes out... on a few conditions:
1. Zero camp; I want the darkness and seriousness of 'Heat'.
2. Start it off in Vietnam.
3. Keep the useless News Chick out of the flick.
4. Cast Rainn Wilson as Howling Mad Murdock. I know, sounds bad but, look at this pic: Loved the A-Team as a kid and I will see it when it comes out... on a few conditions:
