It is truly a shocking turn of events when the ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: THE SQEAKQUEL trailer debuts, and it's not even the worst thing I've seen today. That high honor would go to THE TOOTH FAIRY trailer where The Rock proves that he does in fact have the worst agent of all time. The man could have been the next Stallone for crying out loud!
Anyways, back to the chipmunks. They’re in high school now or something, Dave is in the hospital for unknown reasons and now there are girl chipmunks who do the Beyonce Single Ladies dance which I’m sure won’t have gotten old by Christmas. Oh wait, it got old a month ago? Gotcha.
Extra Tidbit:Has there ever been a GOOD kids movie which teams up CGI critters with real life humans? I’m thinking back to GARFIELD, SCOOBY DOO and ALIENS IN THE ATTIC and I have to say no.
first wasnt as bad as i thought. it was at the very least an extremely faithful adaptation of the show. twas a fuckin masterpeice compared to shit like Bayformers 2 and Dragonball Evolution.

its a KIDS movie...I doubt the writers/director are looking for an oscar on this one...they are looking for something that will make millions of dollars in little kid money...

I am not going to go see it, of course...but calling it out for not being quality film is retarded...if it can capture the attention of my daughter for an hour and a half...job well done!
They should go back to straight animating stuff and teaming that with humans. Roger Rabbit was the bomb. Also, I don't know if the distinction of worst vid of the day is as clear cut because this was pretty bad.
