And when a giant franchise fails, it should force studios to take risks and be more creative... How can they do that if they're too busy retreading the same ground over and over?

I have to sort of agree with justinpdrew. If the studios want to keep re-making the same movie over and over until they make it good, then they can give me back my money until the good one comes out.

Remaking Daredevil would be awesome. I enjoyed the Afleck one when it came out...when I was thirteen, but now that I compare it to the "good" MARVEL movies coming out. They really need to go back and clean up the mess...
Remaking Daredevil would be awesome. I enjoyed the Afleck one when it came out...when I was thirteen, but now that I compare it to the "good" MARVEL movies coming out. They really need to go back and clean up the mess they made with Daredevil. I wasn't looking forward to the Incredible HULK at all, but I actually fell in love with it. So...There is still hope.

I'm hoping that in a good long time we can revisit X-Men. I enjoyed the 1st two a whole lot, but the 3rd just made me think they could do so much better then that.
