We had an operative stashed inside the production of the action adventure DRAGONBALL, the feature adaptation of the popular anime of the same name, and today, said operative delivered. We have our first real glimpse into the aesthetic of the film. There's even a couple pics of a quite in cognito Emmy Rossum.
Here's a little plot summary for you to chew on: "A young boy named Goku seeks out upon his grandfather's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls (of which he has one) in order to prevent Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world."Justin Chatwin stars as Goku with Yun-Fat Chow as Roshi, the aforementioned Rossum as Bulma and James Marsters as the nefarious Piccolo. It's set for release April 3rd of next year.

Extra Tidbit:
Star Chatwin apparently didn't have to put on a crazy wig to resemble that of his anime counterpart as director James Wong felt his hair was already kinda nutty.
