No one can decide whether or not Eminem has a sense of humour. When Bruno sat on his face last month, Eminem caught more flack for freaking out and not being able to take a joke, than he has for spewing lyrical vitriol towards gays, women, and celebrities. Well if there is a debate, it will soon be put to rest when Marshall Shady Mathers Slim or whatever, appears opposite Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen in Judd Apatow's highly anticipated FUNNY PEOPLE. Recently MTV spoke with Judd about his unlikely collaboration and premiered the first photo of Eminem onscreen opposite The Sand Man. Here's what Apatow had to say:

I was scared to pitch jokes to him then I realized his songs are as nasty as anything that has ever been spoken. There is no way to offend him.

I'll bet I can offend him Judd. Let's just say I would pitch him a joke that involves his daughter, a blood-soaked nazi, and an industrial-sized tub of vaseline. Click HERE to read the entire interview.

He can be a funny guy
I recall reading the Bruno incident was plan, Eminem knew about it the whole time. In fact after it happened he went directly to his hotel room to laugh for 3 hours.

slim's got a sick sense of humor that a lot of people won't get. the slim shady and marshal mathers lp are great examples of his humor. i personally love it.

Eminem is a little bitch. He's a scared white boy with mommy and daddy issues and acts tough and black. Whenever you see him looking "tough"he always looks like he is constipated.

STAGED is the WORD...
The whole Bruno thing was staged.

I can picture EMINEM in Funny People, because Eminem is funny. His lyrics, although creative, and sometimes complex, do contain alot of humor.

If there was a "Funniest Lyrics in a Song" or "Funniest Rapper" award at the grammies, EM would get it. He is a funny person and his videos reflect it.

Good job on cast...

I can't wait to see Em in Funny People! He's part of the reason I wanna see it so much! His latest album was amazing! And I can't wait for Relapse 2!!!

But obviously he does have a sense of humor, I mean take a listen to any one of his albums or some of his videos! Plus the whole Bruno thing was pretty hilarious you have to admit, cuz you couldn't tell if it was real or not?!

Yeah I'm not gonna lie how the fuck you can't figure out he has a sense of humor is a bit baffling to me. Half of his albums are making fun of everything around him... did u ever see his videos?

its sweet eminem has a cameo in funny people but come on joblo, does eminem have a sense of humor? are u kidding me? his first single was hilarious, not to mention about 80% of his songs are (intentionally too), plus it was proven eminem was in on the bruno joke anyway... ptsh
