Stan Lee One of the most important parts of any Marvel adapted film is the Stan Lee cameo. Lee did, after all, along with Jack Kirby, create just about all of the classic Marvel superheroes. In most, he plays himself as a passerby or wedding crasher but in one or two, he plays an actual character like a lowly security guard. In the upcoming IRON MAN 2, it seems he's taking things up a notch by playing, according to the cool peeps at "Collider", none other than immortal talk show host Larry King. He'll apparently be asking Tony Stark, as the suspender enamored King, when he'll appear on King's show. Is he setting a new standard for his cameos? Will he be wielding a hammer in THOR? Or shooting the enemy in CAPTAIN AMERICA? Who knows but, in the interim, check him out as Larry King on May 7th of next year.

I see Lee a lot during lunch in Beverly Hills. He looks old, which he is, but he's still getting around on his own and he's still got that charm if you can get his attention. I wonder if King and Lee know each other...

Luv the Stan Lee Marvel super hero film cameos! I always keep an eye out for him-86 years old rt now! 87 in December. Loved the guy since youth.

I wish I could of been caught off guard with this during the movie. You gotta love these cameos though. He's been in all the shitty and the good marvel movies. He loves his work and what he does, something I envy.

Rarely do I get pissed at people online. That being said, lighten the hell up. If it weren't for Stan "The Man" Lee we wouldn't have any of these incredible characters or fun movies. He's going to be in for 2 mins probably it's not going to effect the outcome of the movie.

Always look forward to the Stan cameos. His role as "Hef" in Iron Man was the best one yet, and this sounds great! What a cool guy.

He's always a jackass in these cameos. We get it, we saw the name in the credits. He is not a good actor and it makes it seem too campy.
