Just as I was about to head out to finally see NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN this morning, I checked my inbox to see an e-mail promising "six never seen promotional stills for The Dark Knight." Now that's just about enough to get my attention and sure enough, they were something I had never seen. They look like they're slides scanned in from a promotional photoshoot. Unfortunately, they don't look like the best photos ever. The lighting is kinda off and they're out of context so it's not the best representation of The Joker and Batman ever. So far I'm not exactly won over by Heath Ledger's Joker but one thing we haven't seen yet is him in action. That will change in two weeks when the new trailer is released attached to prints of I AM LEGEND. Then all this debate will either subside or increase tenfold.
