No Pirates for Keira?

After news surfaced that Johnny Depp had signed on to be in a fourth PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN movie, now it looks like Keira Knightley might not be so hot on the prospect of coming back. Probably because it's a period piece and she has to wear those big puffy dresses. Word around Hollywood is she hates those things with a passion unrivaled.

MTV has it straight from her HERE, so you can check it out. I understand she says her problem is with the corsets, but it's probably the prospect of having to kiss Johnny Depp again:

Extra Tidbit: I would bet my family Orlando Bloom would come back if asked. I saw ELIZABETHTOWN, man. You aren't fooling me.

Uhh, or it's the fact that they probably didn't include her character into the script..? Didn't the last one pretty much close the deal on that storyline?

no big deal 2 me..as hot as she is..what else can they do for the character..the next Pirate sequels should simply focus on Jack Sparrow & Barbosa

I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not...but either way I'm all in for another Pirates movie. Sure, Pirates 3 was kinda messy...but compared to the f*ckup that was Indiana 4 or Spidey 3 ir fared pretty well, y'know. For some reason I'm not against the idea of another POTC movie at all. I'm actually looking forward to this! Plus, you just can't get enough of Jack Sparrow!

NO PIRATES FOR NO ONE!!!! Im sick and tired of undesirable sequels/prequels that are not needed. The Trilogy for the Pirates is more than enough.

FINALLY
What started out as a story mostly about Jack, ended up being a story mostly about Will and Elizabeth. That was the worst thing about AWE.. it really annoyed me. I don't wanna see Bloom and Keira again... the next one should focus entirely on Jack and Barbossa. Oh yeah, and GIBBS!

As much as I would love to spend 2.5 hours looking at Depp and Bloom on the screen, I don't think Orlando will be back. He is taking on more of a producer's role as of late and is working on indie films. Might see a cameo from him but I think it was pretty well set up for Sparrow going to find the Fountain of Youth. (I'm tingling in my naughty places just thinking of Orlando!)

Seriously guys, this was last weeks news and it was mentioned many times in your own talkback by readers, including yours truly. Not to mention it was damn obvious that both Bloom and Knightly were written out of the story at the end of part 3.

AlteredEffect, I've disliked her for years. Ever since "Bend it Like Beckham." She was even worse in "Love, Actually." After that, it's just been annoying to have to put up with her.

She's not needed!! The forth one should focus on the adventures of Jack and the fountain of youth like the end on the 3rd one implied. Maybe having Will showing up is OK because we know he's at see for 10 years and Elizabeth is not a pirate anymore, she's pregnant and waiting for Will to come back like we saw at the end on the 3rd. Leave her out!!!

As far as I remember her caracther turned into a pirate so she wouldn't be wearing corsets anymore. Maybe you're right Thoo, she's just sick of kissing Orlando Bloom and Depp. Poor little girl...

The less we see of that annoying, whiny little wench, the better. She's the only thing that ruins those movies for me. Look at her performance in "The Curse of the Black Pearl" and then compare it to her performance "At World's End." The wench is so freakin' full of herself!
