Terry Gilliam is a gifted, adventurous director, whose ambition can sometimes be his downfall. The eccentric visionary's productions have been known to encounter setbacks of the highest order (if you haven't seen the excellent documentary LOST IN LA MANCHA please do). So when Heath died, it kinda sorta made sense in a mystical way, that he was in the middle of shooting THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS, Gilliam's latest film. Marred by tragedy, Gilliam decided to go on, as he sometimes does, and it's a good, good thing. If this teaser--which reveals quick clips and many gloriously absurd production stills, not to mention some words from the man himself--is any indication, this could very well be Gilliam's return to form.
