Most of us were apparently under the mistaken impression that there'd be four TWILIGHT movies to complement the four books Stephanie Meyer wrote about bipolar, diamond-crusted vampires and the deluded teenage girls who love them. Producers, it seems, are contemplating taking this franchise beyond the books and into spin-off territory. "Radar Online" recently spoke to producers' Wyck Godfrey, Greg Mooradian and Guy Oseary, who suggested that a spin-off is certainly within the realm of possibility. And before you brush off this threat as mere wishful thinking, think about the unbelievable potential for success this franchise has. NEW MOON will more than likely double the original's tally with ECCLIPSE and BREAKING DAWN doing the same. So what happens then? Spin-off, that's what. Great. Just fucking great.
