I think to say that Ashley Judd has fallen off the perennial star map would be a gross understatement. Once upon a time, the well-shaped actress was Hollywood's go-to girl for roles that required a strong, ball-busting woman that could avoid serial killers like the plague and still seem vulnerable. Yes, she was a treat. But alas, Hollywood is a fickle, fickle place (just ask Paul Walker), and well poor Miss Ashley hasn't been getting much work lately.
Until now! The former B+ lister has signed on to star opposite Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in 20th Century Fox's comedy TOOTH FAIRY, about a minor league hockey player whose nickname is The Tooth Fairy. Ashley will play Dwayne's girlfriend in a film that will surely make some noise come Oscar season and ultimately cast the shunned actress back into the spotlight. Watch out Keira, your time's up!
