What about Soundwave? He was ond of the "bigger" Decepticons but he transformed into a freakin stereo cassette player!
If Soundwave is in the sequel what would he turn into? An iPod? LOL. |

DUMB
These things look nothing like transformers. They look like big metal bugs that bear no discernable resemblance to their automobile forms. The twisted/braided metal look is really unappealing and distracting from the full form. I object. You hear me, Mr. Bay? I OBJECT!!! |

CAN'T WAIT
I follow their cartoons for years, but not really a extreme fan, love the animated movie too.
I think this live action movie will be cool even though Megatron doesn't look like the one from the cartoon, i also think they target adult audience too, that's the main reason i guess, so if they duplicate Megatron exactly, it will be cartoony, that goes for every transformers in the movie, is the same as I like wolverine in black outfit rather than yellow.
This movie is fresh and has a new look to the transformers' world, the idea is to make these robots transform realistically, it's cool now we can see how they actually transform in more detail if it's in reality rather than the cartoon which transform in miliseconds, not possible in reality if they exist.
If i can choose what Megatron will be form the cartoon, i rather see him transform as a big cannon on the ground like when he turn to Galbatron (i hope i spelled right), rather than into a gun that other transformers can shoot with.
I'm happy that Steven Speilberg and Michael Bay are doin this, can't wait for it to show, so guys give them a chance |

LOVE THE BAY!
I think this movie is going to be awesome. Mindless? Who cares. It's a movie. It's a movie by Michael Bay. It's going to feature two-ton robots duking it out, humans running screaming in all directions and gratuitous shots of shite exploding, and all I can say is Sign Me Up. Am I the only guy who loved the Island? - G |

THE FUNNIEST THING IS
Transformers was a range of toys turned into a franchise. Its the ultimate exercise in commericalism. You can't get pissy about them changing a character when they did it in every cartoon. There are many versions of Megatron in Transformers lore. Robots from light years away that can transform into modern street vehicles is ridiculous shit anyway, so how can fans possibly get there Calvin's in a twist? Idiots. Bay is the perfect guy to make this brainless popcorn chomping shite, and i'm looking forward to it. Lets hope this is more Rock and Bad Boys, than Armageddon and Bad Boys II, as he hasn't made a good leave your brain at home movie for 11 years. |
