The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat: The Godzilla Series

I’m very excited guys! Next week sees the release of the movie I’m easily most excited for. The new imagining of Godzilla! I know I’m far from the only person excited for this, so I figured that this week we could discuss the legacy of the big green brute!

Your’s truly has been hosting The JoBlo Sunday Night Movie Chat for two years and so far we’ve only scratched the surface of great movies to chat about. It can be a tentpole summer blockbuster or it could be an indie gem. If it’s worth talking about, we will have a chat about it!

All you need to do is head to OUR CHATROOM at 7pm EST and make sure to log in with your MFC username and password. You are encouraged to bring up comments or questions about the movie at hand, or feel free to just hang out and and see what everyone else is chatting about. The regulars are extremely friendly people that will definitely make you feel welcome. And believe me, they are very, very cool schmoes.

And please remember this. Be respectful of others and their opinions during the chat. It’s great to have multiple opinions of movies in the chat. I love that. What I don’t love is for people to be insulted or badmouthed about their opinions. It’s meant to be fun. Directly insulting someone and/or trolling people will get you kicked from the chat.

I’m a huge fan of all things Godzilla. Ever since I was a kid I’ve never turned the channel when one of his movies comes on. Well, except for the 1998 piece of shit. And hey! We can totally rip that movie a new one this Sunday! So this chat will be a winner for everybody!
