Vin Diesel delivers the awesome in this teaser trailer for Riddick

Well, holy shite! This teaser trailer for RIDDICK is pretty damn awesome, if I do say so myself.

I may not be the biggest fan of RIDDICK, but I have to give credit it where it’s due. Vin Diesel has worked so hard to get this off the ground for the fans of the character and the series. He’s also given countless updates, photos, and whatever else he can do to let everyone know that the project was just as important to him as it was to those who wanted to see it. Today, Diesel finally got to share the first teaser for the film with everyone on his Facebook page. Verdict? I think this installment is definitely going to deliver.

What you will see is a smorgasbord for the eyes, and in typical Riddick fashion, you don’t have to say much to get your point across. Just don’t let him out of those damn chains, okay? I’m afraid of what might happen.

Synopsis: Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he’s encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty. The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won’t leave the planet without Riddick’s head as their trophy.
