Poseidon - August 22

By all accounts, Poseidon was shit. If there's anyone out there who has seen it and didn't think it was shit, feel free to strike back or email me and let me know what you liked about it. Kurt Russell should hook up with John Carpenter again. Yeah, and bring The Swayze along, and they could be brothers who are looking through the jungles of South America for their mullets. That would GO OFF!

  • English, French & Spanish DD5.1 Surround
  • English, French & Spanish subtitles
  • Poseidon: A Ship on a Soundstage – The Complexities of Making a Modern Adventure Movie
  • Theatrical Trailer
Disc 2 (Special Edition only):

Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels (SE) - October 3

Well, consider me bummed the f*ck out. The specs for this Unrated Director's Cut are below. Apparently, you blokes in the UK have had this for awhile, and it included much more shit including a Guy Ritchie commentary. If any of our readers in Region 2 want to send me that shit (for free of course), please let me know. Thanks.

Includes:

  • 1.85:1 Anamorphic Widescreen
  • English DD2.0 Stereo
  • English SDH, French & Spanish subtitles
  • ”One Smoking Camera” Featurette
  • ”Lock, Stock and Two F**cking Barrels” Montage

Grease (SE) - September 19

I'm probably going to get in trouble for this but here we go. There isn't another movie in the world, other than The Rocky Horror Picture Show, that I absolutely HATE more than Grease. Every time I hear a song from the movie and people start singing and smiling and shit, my eye twitches and I start thinking about my time back in 'Nam and the urge to slay motherf*ckers is an emotion that's difficult to suppress. Just because you wear a leather jacket does not mean it's Rock and Roll. And besides, Rock and Roll is meant to poison children, piss your parents off and make you quit school. Not smile, break out in song and dance on a table. Tools.

Includes:

  • Anamorphic Widescreen Presentation
  • English DD2.0 & DD5.1 Surround
  • French DD2.0 Surround
  • English subtitles
  • Rydell Sing-Along: Rock Along with your favourite Grease
  • songs
  • 11 Deleted/Extended/Alternate Scenes
  • DVD Launch Party – A collection of memorable moments from the 25th Anniversary DVD launch party
  • Grease Memories from John and Olivia
  • The Moves behind the Music
  • Thunder Roadsters
  • And much more...

Notables

Final Destination Trilogy: Don't forget to enter our contest running HERE. Forget and die. Simple as that. 7/25

Ask the Dust: You've gotta appreciate a woman as fine as Salma Hayek being completely uninhibited when it comes to taking her clothes off. The male version of Paris Hilton, Colin Farrell, totally nails Salma in this, so be sure to not stare too long at his ass.

Hudson Hawk (SE): I have a friend who has this as one of her favorite movies of all time. I have another friend who wants to kill her.

Halloween: 25 Years of Terror: Our very own Arrow, who's playing "Hide the Weenie" with some borderline-legal stripper as we speak, is featured and interviewed alongside John Carpenter, Clive Barker and much more. Buy that shit, homie. 7/25

Chappelle's Show: The Lost Episodes: The episodes that Dave didn't want aired. They've been playing them on Comedy Central every five seconds. 7/25
