2010 Cannes lineup announced! Ridley, Woody, Godard and more!

The lineup for the 2010 Cannes Film Festival was announced this morning and maybe it's the fact that it was announced at about 6am EST but snoooooooze. Absolutely no surprises to speak of and the one film people were really excited about - Terrence Malick's TREE OF LIFE - is nowhere to be seen. Most of the notable new films on the list (including Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's BIUTIFUL, Doug Liman's FAIR GAME and Jean-Luc Godard's FILM SOCIALISME) were rumored and bigger films like ROBIN HOOD, WALL STREET: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS and YOU WILL MEET A TALL DARK STRANGER had been previously announced. Many people also expected a showing by Christopher Nolan's INCEPTION and while a full screening doesn't look like it's in order, there's still hope there could be some footage.
