I have seen Wall-E, and I would vote it my favorite. Too bad there's no option...

@five-hole

Yeah! I love trading barbs with teenagers. When you get older, you'll get your attention span and be able to sit through an emotionally developed movie, so maybe then you'll know what I mean. You'll also appreciate your time more and realize you don't have to waste it on waiting patiently for a precious cut scene in a video game.

But hey, we all have our own opinion and bad taste is not only allowed in America, it's encouraged. Just because the public likes it, doesn't mean you have to

And you may hate Grand Theft Auto, but that sure as hell didn't stop you from buying it on release day. (don't lie, you're the one who has to live with the guilt)

@ moviealien:

I disagree in every way. Veggie Tales impresses me more, with humor, story, and shit graphics. Video game cuts are much better, and Square has trounced on Pixar with all 2 films they've ever released, and they're not the most detailed in the interactive entertainment industry. And seriously, chief, don't accuse me of liking GTA. How fucking stupid.

The Incredibles.

But the only Pixar movie I didn't like was 'Cars'; conceptually, it just seemed all wrong (even those goofy talking cars in those claymation TV commercials at least acknowledge the fact that, without humans, their existence makes little sense).

Although I will add that, IMHO, 'Nemo' is slightly overrated, while 'Monsters' is slightly underrated.

I was actaully torn between TOY STORY 2 & RATAT--(?) Both films showed PIXAR at top form. I guess what intrigued me was their ability to make films for adults yet stylized for children. Much like the old LOONEY TUNES & Tex Avery MGM shorts; without placating by refrencing pop culture or scatalogical humor (?); unlike the mind boggling SHREK & DREAMWORK animation films. Call me soft but I cried during "Jessie's Song" montage in TOY STORY 2; which I still get heckled for by the way. Silly as it

Silly as it seems that in itself is quite rare for an animated film to convey emotion that honestly. Here's hoping WALL-E can wash off the stench of the obvious sell out corporate fast food merchandise film known as CARS from moviegoers memory.

Cars was great in its own way and was no where near a flop for them.

Holy cow how idiotic of a statement. Pixar is a ground breaking leader in animation from the first movie they made. They routinely trounce video games in quality of graphics and story line. Most video games rely only on their graphics to save them and even when the concept is good, they frequently f up the stories, even in grand theft auto games which are known for their "great" stories. I play video games and watch movies and the detail and nuances they put into one frame of a pixar movie still soundly trumps any sad looking video game out there. the only reason pixar doesn't add more "realism" (maybe that's what you are comparing it to) is that they are artistically creating their own style and as a result they are dominating a vast and continously emerging cgi movie market. If you want to watch gta and say, wow, look at those amazing graphics and feel special , do so. but take your head out of your ass before you say something idiotic like all pixar movies look terrible because you aren't watching the actual screen if you think that.

I thought people on here actually had some taste. The Incredibles was very good, but Toy Story 2 was their crowning acheivement...FACT.

Monsters, Inc., the only Pixar flick I've been able to bare looking at (Pixar is bullshit CG, unless you've never heard of videogames) long enough to finish.

It was very cute.

Where's WALL-E?

Pixar has never released a stinker (although Cars came close). But I have a feeling that a lot of choices will change dramatically after this Friday.

wow

I did not know The Incredibles was so high up on people's list for pixar.

Although they're all great, Nemo is the best!
