Cloudy is the family flick, therefore it will win. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Jennifer's Body won't fare to well in theaters because it is going to appeal mostly to teenage boys (for prurient reasons), and a lot of them won't be able to get in because the film is R-rated.

68 people are going to go see "I Can Do ...". Why?

It's like people don't READ the question.

Was about to post what Lil Sco Rizzle did. Look at the factors.

There hasn't been a huge kids/family movie out in a while. The demographic has been hungry for weeks. Meatballs is playing in 3D *AND* IMAX 3D. And they've marketed it for MONTHS. Meanwhile, Jennifer's Body, while it has its own list of draws, in this scenario is an R-rated movie that won't top a 3D animated one.

Name the last time these two demographics clashed on a weekend and the 3D animation lost out. It might be a close

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is gonna take it for sure. You have to remember, there hasnt been any sort of family friendly fare the last few weeks. The kiddies are gonna be dyin to get out and see a movie with their friends that they've just reunited with at school and the fact that Cloudy is in 3D will also be a big draw for the youngsters. It will probobly bow at 1st in the high 20s with Jennifer's Body in 2nd with just under 20 mil. Thats my prediction.

Madea is like Saw, big on opening weekend, and then it slides. But unlike Saw it doesn't vanish from sight two weeks in, it just ceases to be #1, usually. My money's on Meatballs, cuz kids love that shit, and between Megan Fox and Diablo Cody there are enough people who DON'T like those two to give JB some trouble.

KINGWEE, I understand that it is asking what I believe will be #1. I believe there are enough horny guys that will see JB. Even females are interested in the movie. I am sure more men will watch it, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it do a low $20 million next weekend.

Read the question.

The poll is asking what film you THINK should be #1 @ BO...not which flick you plan on seeing. J's Body won't take the top spot cuz peeps lap that Madea shit up by the boatloads, unfortunately.

How can anyone not vote for Jennifer's Body? Everyone I know is planning to see it, for reasons I am sure we all know of. But still, these other movies have had limited marketing, except for the Tyler Perry one, which will have a big drop.
