can't wait

this might be the only movie that i'll go see in the theater for the rest of the year besides jennifer's body.i hope it'll make lots of dough cause it looks like a very good movie, and i'd also like for michael jackson to have more success, even in the after life cause he really deserves it.

Lots of $$$

Europeans go apeshit for MJ, so I think it will make a lot of money. Trust me. I was in London when he died. It's a whole other ballgame over there.

People have been exploiting Jackson all his life. Of course they'll try to profit from his death.

I still think it's hideous to profit from someone's death.

This isn't "profitting" from someones death. I'm sure Micheal Jackson would have wanted people to see this footage, espically his fans since no one will be able to see the actual concert he was preparing for. Also the people who invested money in his tour will probably get money back from this release. i know it seems terrible, but Jackson would have wanted people to see this.

From MovieTickets.com: "Two weeks prior to its Oct. 28 release, “Michael Jackson’s This Is It” is now No. 23 on MovieTickets.com’s list of the Top-25 Advance Ticket Sellers of All-Time, moving ahead of both “Quantum of Solace” and “The Departed.” MovieTickets.com is reporting 603 sold out performances for the film, with a large number of tickets still available for the film’s two-week run."

Well it's apparantly already breaking a ton of pre-ordered tickets records, and MJ is an insanely hot item amongst the idiotic masses and will continue to climb as such now that he's dead amongst hot topic youths (similar to the current "fans" of music icons like Johnny Cash or Elvis) - so I predict a high outcome (between 76-100k) for what looks to be a dull as shit piece of film.
