300

i hate to say it, but this will prob break 350 with ease. it really shouldnt tho. it was very dull i found. it was like being in your friends watching him play a really bad video game that in the end turn into the chronicles of narnia. it was painful to sit through

Alice lost half is business in one week, will take a big hit when Dragon comes out in a week or so, then a bigger hit when Clash comes out shortly after. Coupled with not so stellar word of mouth I'd say 300 to 350 max.

with How to train your Dragon out in a couple of weeks taking the 3D theaters,Alice will drop off sharply without the 3D thing, but should still fly past the 300 million .

The emperor has no clothes

Every 3D film from now will probably surpass $1bn. Remember when that was a landmark? Cheers, Cameron and Katzenberg, you money-grubbing twats.

How can a movie so terrible be on its way to $350 mil? This whole 3D debacle is nothing short of a travesty.

It doesnt have much competition next week, so it'll snatch another couple of millions, but it wont reach $400M in the end.

I'm glad-but this is admittedly peculiar success for a film that's fun but not epic by any stretch.

I loved the movie, but I'm not quite sure it would warrant multiple viewings while in theatres. I'm guessing it can make low rang 300M? Not sure though.

All about timing

Just goes to show you what happens when you release a film like 'Alice' at a time when there are no challegers in the genre. This film would have been lucky to gross $200 million this summer. Not a fan of the film, but as a fan of Burton - Congrats!
