Definitely interested but the verdict is still out
I could care less
Hate it! He's too old for The Terminator!

I'm looking forward to it. Arnold doesn't JUST have to play another Terminator. There are other ways he could appear. I wish I could comprehend the shallow and superficial attitudes so many people have...all I ever seem to hear or read about is "age," how "hot" someone is or some other meaningless, insignificant thing like that.

I don't think this has anything to do with being superficial. I'd love nothing more than to see Arnie kick some ass again just like Sly is doing, but this is about playing a TERMINATOR, and unlike Rocky, or Rambo, TERMINATORS don't age, and as good as Arnie looks for his age he doesn't look like he just came off the assembly line in a factory which is what THE TERMINATORS do. I think I'd rather see him return to the PREDATOR series, or have a larger role in The Expendables sequel instead.

True Lies 2 > Terminator 5

Come on Arnold. You once said you'd never do Terminator 3 without Cameron. He even restored your career after Last Action Hero. Come back to Hollywood the way you came in, with James Cameron.

Yeah why not?

They could easily write a script to account for the older Arnie. Perhaps they follow on from Salvation, and you find that Arnie is the designer of the T-800 and has made them in his image, just that he is an older man now. I'll reserve judgement, but I am fine with them attempting to make a new film with Arnie, rather than not at all.

No way... like SERIOUSLY? I love Arnold, I love the Terminator, but come on.... he is TOO OLD. Just look at him in The Expendables. I am very disappointed by this choice.

Not only is he OBVIOUSLY too old (unless they go with some kind of convoluted storyline where he's the inventor of the machines), but another "Terminator" is just a bad idea all around. There is nowhere else to go with this series. I mean seriously, is this going to be ANOTHER story of Arnie protecting John Conner from a new Terminator?

Sorry Arnie...

Love ya big guy, but there's a reason they used a CG double in the last movie. TERMINATORS don't age, but actors do, but hey try calling your buddy Jim. I'd love to see Arnie assume command, and whomp some blue ass in AVATAR 2.

He is too old. He was even too old for the third one. and as one of the few fans of Salvation i feel that this film will just go back to the 'being chased by a super advanced terminator' instead of continuing the storyline. ohhhh well. Maybe ill be surprised.

I think this could work. Have it be 100 years since judgement day and a school kid stuck in a museum at night as it closes visits the aging terminator to learn about the history of judgement day and the final battle between skynet and john conner from the perspective of the last surviving terminator that worked both against and eventually for the resistance in their final battle against skynet. By doing it that way we can still have arnold stay old and yet have the story advanced to a suitable

I'm down

I have liked all of the films, I thought 3 was fine for the story it told and I actually realllike Salvation, it was an interesting idea I didnt think would go in that direction, which is what I thought threw most people off. What most people dont know is if you watch any of the extras from the Judegemnet day DVD's is that Cameron alwasy planned it to be a trilogy and actually mad a semi-sequel with the Terminator ride/show at Disney (or was it Universal). He talks openly about this being a gap

He talks openly about this being a gap filler until we do the 3rd and based off the ending Arnie didnt vanish, which he should have once the other terminator was melted, that measn it was still gonna happen, just in a different order. I odnt know any company that big that doesn have backups of importnat stuff, in my job we backup the dumbest things, so they still had all the research and tech and Miles notes from before. Arnie will be in shape but he wont need to be naked or anything, so he will be fine, did you see Sly in the Expendables?

while I still feel they should have put the story to bed at Judgement Day, I think everyone saw this one coming. Whatever, it's pretty funny

It's really more about a good story than the actor to me to be honest.

Honestly???

I am not sure....While I really can't imagine anyone else as the terminator other than Arnold, I am concerned about his physical condition and the quality of the movie...I mean, we can agree that justin lin is no sergio leone!

I have no problem with Arnie returning...it's Justin Lin as the director I hate.

I'd like a "kinda interested, but the verdict is still out" option. I'm not really excited for this, but I'm open to the idea.

Retarded monkeys...

Here's how you know that Hollywood will keep churning out SHIT...

Because this stupid ass idea of Arnold returning to a LONG-DEAD franchise, is being met with more "LOVE IT!" than "hate it" in the above poll.

Those of us who love GOOD movies and crave more unique movies will never win, when Hollywood sees a bunch of retarded monkeys jumping up and down waving their wallets in the air ready to buy tickets for "Terminator 5: Retirement Day"
